These are the terms for using Smart Photo Restore. They are written to be readable, not to trap you. This is a starting draft and should be reviewed by the studio owner and a legal professional before launch.

What we do

We restore photographs — repairing tears, fading, stains and water damage, and, on request, colourising or enlarging them. We assess every photograph honestly and tell you if it cannot be restored.

Pricing and payment

Restoration is priced per photograph, and the rate drops with the size of your order: $18 each for 1–4, $16 each for 5–9, and $15 each for 10 or more — the rate applies to every photograph in the order. Colourisation and enlargement are included; prints are quoted separately. You pay only once we confirm your photograph can be restored.

Your material

You confirm that you have the right to have the photographs you send us restored. We treat them as private and delete files after restoration (see our Privacy page).

Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied, we will refund your order or restore it again. If a photograph cannot be restored, you are not charged.

Limits

Restoration recovers and repairs what is in your photograph; it does not invent people or details that were never there. Turnaround varies with the condition of each photograph.
