Privacy
Your photographs are yours. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we look after it. It is a starting point and should be reviewed by the studio owner and, where appropriate, a legal professional before launch.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the photographs you send us, your name and email address, and anything you choose to tell us about the photograph. We use this only to carry out and communicate about your restoration.
Your photographs
We store your original and restored files privately and securely while we work. We never publish, share, sell or use your images for anything other than your restoration — unless you explicitly give us permission to show a restored photograph as an example.
Files are deleted after restoration
After your restoration is delivered we delete the files we hold. We keep a small order record (order number, status and dates) for our accounts, but the images themselves are removed.
We email you about your order — confirmations, questions and delivery. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Getting in touch
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, contact the studio and we will help.
