Refunds & guarantee

Our promise is simple, and this page spells it out. It is a starting draft and should be reviewed by the studio owner before launch.

If it can’t be restored, you don’t pay

We assess every photograph before charging you. If we don’t believe it can be restored to a standard we’re proud of, we tell you honestly and you are not charged.

If you’re not satisfied

If the finished restoration isn’t right for you, tell us. We’ll either restore it again to address your concerns, or refund your order — your choice.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you’d prefer another restoration instead, we’ll reopen your order and get back to work.

Prints

Physical prints are quoted and produced to order. If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it.
